摘要
目的探讨MBDA患者戒断症状的影响因素。方法选取65例MBDA患者作为研究组,另择62例身心健康者为对照组。分别测定并比较两组血清Hcy水平;采用CIWI-Ar量表对研究组患者的戒断症状进行评定并分析与其血清Hcy水平的关系。结果研究组血清Hcy水平及HHcy发生率均高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组血清Hcy水平同型与CIWI-Ar评分存在正相关(r=0.43,P<0.01)。结论血清Hcy水平可能是影响MBDA患者戒断症状严重程度的因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of withdrawal symptoms in MBDA patients.Methods Sixty five MBDA patients were selected as the study group,and 62 physically and mentally healthy patients were selected as the control group.The serum Hcy levels of the two groups were measured and compared respectively.The CIWI-Ar scale was used to evaluate the withdrawal symptoms of the study group and analyze the relationship with their serum Hcy levels.Results The serum Hcy level and the incidence of HHcy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The serum Hcy level in the study group was positively correlated with the CIWI-Ar score(r=0.43,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum Hcy level may be a factor affecting the severity of withdrawal symptoms in MBDA patients.
