摘要
笔者结合自身基层污染源普查工作经验,依据阜宁县第一次和第二次全国污染源普查成果,比较了2007年、2017年两次普查的工业污染源数量、区域分布和行业分布,全面分析了我县工业污染分布状况及变化趋势,初步探讨了污染源普查过程中发现的关于通用设备制造业、专用设备制造业在危险废物管理、产排污核算等方面存在的问题。
Based on the results of the first and the second national pollution source census in Funing County,the author compares the number,regional distribution and industry distribution of industrial pollution sources in 2007 and 2017,comprehensively analyzes the distribution situation and change trend of industrial pollution in our county,and preliminarily discusses the general equipment system found in the process of pollution source census There are some problems in hazardous waste management,production and discharge accounting in manufacturing industry and special equipment manufacturing industry.
