摘要
我国民众的食品安全意识日渐强化,食品检验检测质量也开始受到各界的广泛关注。基于此,本文将简单介绍食品检验检测质量控制基本要点,并深入探讨基于6S和HACCP的食品检验检测质量控制路径,希望研究内容能给相关从业人员以启发。
The awareness of food safety of Chinese people has been strengthened day by day in recent years,and the quality of food inspection and inspection has been widely concerned by all walks of life.Therefore,this paper will briefly introduce the basic points of quality control of food inspection and inspection,and discuss the quality control path of food inspection and inspection based on 6S and HACCP,hoping that the research content can enlighten the relevant practitioners.
