立式搅拌磨螺旋耐磨衬板铸造工艺研究

摘要 立式搅拌磨是一种高效、节能的超细磨设备。作为立式搅拌磨的重要组成部分,螺旋衬板的使用性能和寿命直接影响立式搅拌磨的磨矿效率和能耗。通过合理选材、细化生产工艺,获得了质量优异的螺旋衬板铸件。 Vertical mixing mill was a kind of high efficiency and energy-saving super-fine grinding equipment.As an important part of vertical agitating mill,the service performance and life of spiral lining directly affect the grinding efficiency and energy consumption of vertical agitating mill.The spiral liner castings with excellent quality are obtained through reasonable materials selection and refined production technology.
