煤直接液化中Fe7S8催化剂结构及催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究不同方法制备的Fe7S8催化剂的煤直接液化性能与其结构的关系,分别采用焙烧法和溶剂热法制备了不同晶体结构的Fe7S8.通过催化剂的表征分析(XRD、Raman、SEM)和液化性能评价结果发现,焙烧法、溶剂热法分别制备出了以单斜晶系(Fe7S8-B)和六方晶系(Fe7S8-R)为主的催化剂,两种催化剂作用下的液化油收率分别为15.84%、36.18%,转化率为67.97%、70.94%,表明溶剂热法是比较适合制备煤直接液化催化剂的方法。结合液化产物的元素分析、Fe7S8-R的热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、原位拉曼(In Situ Raman)及X射线衍射(XRD)的结果发现,液化过程中催化剂起到活化氢气产生活性氢和调节产物中氢、氧元素分布的作用,Fe7S8-R在液化过程中随温度和气氛的改变逐渐生成液化反应活性相Fe1-xS. In order to study the relationship between the direct coal liquefaction performance and the structure of Fe7S8 catalysts prepared by different methods,Fe7S8 catalysts with different crystal structures were prepared by calcination and solvothermal method separately.The results of characterization(XRD,Raman,and SEM)and liquefaction performance evaluation of catalysts show that the monoclinic and hexagonal Fe7S8 were obtained by calcination and solvothermal method,respectively.The yield of liquefied oil was 15.84%,36.18%and the conversion was 67.97%,70.94%,respectively.The solvothermal method was suitable for the preparation of liquefaction catalyst.Elemental analysis of liquefaction products,thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA)and in situ Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses of Fe7S8-R prepared by solvothermal method show that the catalysts played a role in activating hydrogen to produce active hydrogen and regulating the distribution of hydrogen and oxygen in the products.Fe7S8-R gradually formed Fe1-xS with the change of temperature and atmosphere during liquefaction,which is the active species of direct coal liquefaction.
