摘要
通过对ZDB预应力钢筋混凝土叠合板的理论分析和静力试验,研究了在多块ZDB单向预应力预制底板的钢筋桁架下方横向穿插非预应力钢筋,从而实现双向配筋的叠合板的双向受力效应,根据其双向受力性能随板厚和长宽比变化的趋势,推导出了矩形叠合板的单双向划分界限。分析结果可得:矩形叠合板的双向受力性能显著,且预制底板厚40 mm时长宽比不大于1.8,可按双向板计算;预制底板厚50 mm时长宽比不大于1.4,可按双向板计算。
Based on the theoretical analysis and static test of the ZDB prestressed reinforced concrete composite slab,bidirectional structural behavior of composite slabs which consist of multi-spliced unidirectional prestressing prefabricated slabs and insertion of the transverse non-prestressing steel bars above the steel truss were investigated,to enable the bidirectional force action of the composite slab with properly bidirectional reinforcement.According to the trend that the bidirectional mechanical properties varid with plate thickness and length-width ratio,the single bidirectional division boundary of rectangular laminated slab was derived.The results showed that the bidirectional mechanical properties of rectangular composite slab was remarkable.When the aspect ratio of prefabricated slab was no more than 1.8 and the thickness of prefabricated slabs was 40 mm,which could be calculated as bidirectional slab;when the aspect ratio of prefabricated slab was no more than 1.4 and the thickness of prefabricated slabs was 50 mm,which could be calculated as bidirectional slab.
