摘要
生产性服务业与制造业具有密切的关系,二者相互影响、相互作用。针对资源型城市生产性服务业面临结构不合理、发展水平不高、与制造业互动关系不协调等问题,以山西省为研究对象,构建生产性服务业与制造业的两状态STR模型,对不同经济结构下资源型城市生产性服务业与制造业的影响机制进行结构分析。实证研究表明:在经济结构性失衡程度严重的情形下,制造业会阻碍生产性服务业的发展,且影响程度大于10%;伴随经济结构性失衡的改善,制造业会促进生产性服务业的发展,但增强速度较缓慢;在不同经济结构状态下,制造业对生产性服务业具有非对称、非线性的影响作用。因此,在不同的经济结构下,有针对性地进行经济结构调整,加快推动生产性服务业与制造业的良性互动,以制造业为基础,融合发展各类型生产性服务业的经济政策才是切实可行的。
The producer service industry and manufacturing industry are closely related and interact with each other.At present,the producer services of the resource-based city are faced with such problems as unreasonable structure,low level of development,and uncoordinated interaction between the producer services and manufacturing industry.In order to analyze the influence mechanism between producer services and manufacturing industry in resource-based cities under different economic structures,taking Shanxi as the research object,the two state STR model of producer services and manufacturing is constructed.The results show manufacturing reduces the development of producer services to a degree of more than 10%in the case of serious economic structural imbalance.With the improvement of economic structural imbalance,manufacturing has enhanced the development of producer services,which has been increasing at a relatively slow speed.Manufacturing has asymmetric and nonlinear influence on producer services in case of different economic structure.Thus,under different economic structures,we should adjust the economic structure in order to accelerate the positive interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry.The economic policies integrating development of producer services of all type based on the manufacturing industry are practical and feasible.
