摘要
塔式起重机标准节斜腹杆的布置形式不同,能否对塔机整机性能产生影响。文中以QTZ80塔式起重机为例,选取两种标准节斜腹杆的布置形式,采用有限元软件进行建模,进行了不同工况的静力学和起升工况下的动力学分析,从不同工况的计算和工艺角度进行分析,推荐了一种优先选用的塔式起重机标准节斜腹杆的布置形式。
The difference of the layout of inclined ventral bar of the standard section of tower crane,may affect the performance of tower crane.In this paper,the QTZ80 tower crane is taken as an example,two kinds of standard nodal inclined ventral bar arrangement are selected modeling with ANSYS software and the static analysis and dynamic analysis under different working conditions are carried out,and the analysis is carried out from the calculation and technological point of view of different working conditions,a preferred layout of standard nodal ventral bar for tower crane is recommended.
