摘要
"互联网+"时代,为满足国际农业生产对农业数据和农业技术交流的需求,G20农业部长会议提倡建立农业数据和技术开放共享交流机制,确保G20国家间农业数据和技术交流的有效性和持续性。在深入分析国际农业数据和技术共享现状、总结传统农业数据和技术共享模式存在的问题和了解国际农业数据和技术共享需求的基础上,结合"互联网+"技术,开展了以国际农业数据和技术共享平台为依托的农业数据和技术共享创新模式探索研究,实现了农业数据和技术在不同国家间的快速分享和流通,推动了农业技术转移,改善了农业创新体系。最后,对国际农业技术共享模式未来的发展进行了展望。
In the era of Internet plus,in order to meet the demand of international agricultural production for agricultural data and agricultural technology exchange,the G20 agriculture ministers’meeting advocated the establishment of an open sharing mechanism for agricultural data and technology,so as to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of agricultural data and technology exchange among G20 countries.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current international sharing of agricultural data and technology,summarizing the problems of traditional agricultural data and technology sharing mode,and understanding the international agricultural data and technology sharing needs,combined with the Internet plus technology,this paper launched an exploration and research on the innovation mode of agricultural data and technology sharing based on the international agricultural data and technology sharing platform,realized the rapid sharing and circulation of agricultural data and technology among different countries,promoted the transfer of agricultural technology and improved the agricultural innovation system.Finally,the future development of the international agricultural technology sharing model was forecasted.
