摘要
文明施工同安全、质量、环境紧密相关,密不可分。文明施工水平体现的是企业的整体管理水平,应考虑全员的广泛参与性。如何建设一个建设期核电高标准标杆工程,提高现场安全、质量、文明施工水平,在核电站项目建设基础上,总结摸索有效管理经验,针对存在的文明施工难点问题提出解决措施,旨在提高核电项目文明施工水平,并为后续核电项目建设提供可借鉴经验。
Civilized construction is closely related to safety,quality and environment.Civilized construction level reflects the overall management level of a enterprise,which should consider the extensive participation of all staff.How to construct a high standard benchmarking nuclear power project in the construction period,improve the safety,quality and civilized construction level on the spot,sum up and explore the effective management experience on the basis of project construction,and propose solutions to the existing difficult problems of civilized construction,in order to improve the level of civilized construction of nuclear power project and provide reference experience for the following nuclear power project construction.
