摘要
目的:分析D-DHS试剂和传统D-Dimer试剂应用在全自动血凝仪定量检测D-二聚体时对检测结果的影响。方法:选取患者98例,根据检测试剂不同分为D-DHS组和D-Dimer组,各49例。所有患者均通过全自动血凝仪定量检测D-二聚体含量;对比两组D-二聚体含量和测定结果符合率差异。结果:D-DHS组检测D-二聚体平均含量低于D-Dimer组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D-DHS组诊断符合率高于D-Dimer组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:D-DHS试剂和传统D-Dimer试剂在全自动血凝仪定量检测D-二聚体过程中,D-DHS试剂的诊断符合率更高。
Objective:To explore the influence of D-DHS reagent and traditional D-Dimer reagent on the results of quantitative detection of D-Dimer by automatic blood coagulation analyzer.Methods:98 patients were selected and divided into D-DHS group and D-dimer group with 49 cases in each group.The D-dimer content was detected quantitatively by automatic blood coagulation analyzer.We compared the difference of the content of D-dimer and the coincidence rate of determination results between the two groups.Results:The average content of D-dimer in D-DHS group was lower than that in D-Dimer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the D-DHS group,the diagnostic coincidence rate was higher than that in the D-Dimer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When D-DHS reagent and traditional D-dimer reagent are used in the quantitative detection of D-dimer by automatic blood coagulation analyzer,the diagnostic coincidence rate of D-DHS reagent is higher.
