摘要
目的:分析院前急救和院内救治损伤控制策略在严重多发伤并骨盆骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:2018年6月-2019年8月收治严重多发伤并骨盆骨折患者68例,根据救治方式不同分为两组,各34例。对照组采用常规救治模式;观察组采用院前急救和院内救治损伤控制策略。比较两组抢救结果及并发症发生率。结果:观察组救治成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救和院内救治损伤控制策略可有效提高严重多发伤并骨盆骨折患者的救治成功率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To analyze the application value of pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital treatment of injury control strategy in patients with severe multiple injuries and pelvic fractures.Methods:From June 2018 to August 2019,68 cases of patients with severe multiple injuries and pelvic fractures were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional treatment mode,while the observation group adopted pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital treatment of injury control strategy.The rescue results and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital treatment of injury control strategy can effectively improve the treatment success rate of severe multiple injuries with pelvic fracture,reduce the incidence of complications.
