银杏叶提取物与高压氧联合治疗职业性噪声聋的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察银杏叶提取物联合高压氧治疗职业性噪声聋的临床疗效。方法:研究时间节点范围确定为2016年1月-2018年6月,将我院收治的职业性噪声聋患者共126例设立为此次研究的观察对象并进行回顾性研究,以治疗形式的差异性分成对照组以及观察组,每组的样本容量均等分为63例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上加用银杏叶提取物和高压氧联合治疗。针对两组的临床治疗效果展开比较和评价工作。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为98.41%(62/63),对照组的治疗总有效率为90.48%(57/63),观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组且组间对比结果有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中和治疗结束6个月的随访阶段,均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:银杏叶提取物与高压氧联合用于治疗职业性噪声聋,能够有效提高患者的听力水平,改善患者在听力下降和耳鸣方面的主观感受,具有很好的临床效果及安全性,故临床可积极提倡并应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of occupational noise deafness.Methods:The study time node range was determined from January 2016 to June 2018.A total of 126 occupational noise-induced deafness patients admitted to our hospital were set up as the observation objects of this study and a retrospective study was conducted.The difference is divided into control group and observation group,and the sample size of each group is equally divided into 63 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with a combination of Ginkgo biloba extract and hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional treatment.To carry out comparison and evaluation work for the clinical treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.41%(62/63),and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 90.48%(57/63).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the comparison between groups The results were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment process and the 6-month follow-up period after treatment.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract combined with hyperbaric oxygen for the treatment of occupational noise deafness can effectively improve the patient's hearing level and improve the patient's subjective perception of hearing loss and tinnitus.It has a good clinical effect and safety,so it is clinically safe.Can be actively promoted and applied.
