新时代成建制警务留学生工作的实践与思考——以浙江警察学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 浙江警察学院是全国首家接受成建制警务留学生的公安高等院校。任务下达以来,通过采取统一认识、强化领导,趋同管理、固化制度,因情施策、深化管理,涵养资源、优化服务等措施,扎实推进成建制警务留学生工作,取得了阶段性成效。面向新时代,为了克服成建制留学生工作中存在的学生适应能力偏弱、学习动力不强、教学质量有待提升、留学体验不深和校友机制等问题,建议从五个方面加以改进:一是转变理念、协同推进;二是把好入口、提高标准;三是管好教学、提升质量;四是严格管理、严肃纪律;五是多管齐下、谋划长远。 Zhejiang Police College is the first police institution of higher education in China to enroll international student cohorts with police professional background.Since being assigned with the task,through unifying the understanding,strengthening the leadership,emphasizing convergence,establishment of rules and customized policy,deepening management,conserving resources,and optimizing services,Zhejiang Police College has prompted its educational experience and achieved some interim progress.Entering the new era,to cope with the issues that arise from education of in-cohort international students with police professional background,such as low adaptive capacity,lack of learning motivation,fair quality of education learning experiences and alumni mechanism,the suggestions are proposed in five aspects:firstly,change the guiding ideology and improve in joint efforts;secondly,constrict the entrance and raise the standard;thirdly,focus on education and promote quality;fourthly,impose rigorous regulation and boost quality;fifthly,carry out multiple measures and make strategic planning.
