摘要
为探讨对比剂双流技术注射方案在双源CT头颈联合CTA检查中的应用价值,将在我院接受双源CT头颈联合CTA检查的164例病例,随机分成传统注射组和双流注射组。比较两组间对比剂用量、颈总动脉起始部、颈总动脉分叉部、颈内动脉虹吸部、M1段感兴趣区的CT值,并对两组间颈总动脉、颈内外动脉和大脑中动脉综合显示情况及远端细小动脉分支的显示情况进行主观质量评分。结果发现,两组间感兴趣区的CT值、颈总动脉、颈内外动脉和大脑中动脉综合显示情况主观质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间对比剂用量、远端细小动脉分支显示情况主观质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由以上结果可知,对比剂双流技术注射方案在双源CT头颈联合CTA检查中具有良好的应用价值。
In order to explore the application value of the contrast agent dual-flow technology injection scheme in combined head and neck CTA examination of dual-source CT,164 cases of combined head and neck CTA examination in our hospital were randomly divided into traditional injection group and dual-flow injection group.The volume of contrast agent,CT values of the origin of common carotid artery,bifurcation of common carotid artery,siphon part of internal carotid artery and M1 segment of interest area were compared between the two groups.Subjective quality score was evaluated for the comprehensive display of common carotid artery,internal and external carotid artery,middle cerebral artery and distal small artery branch between the two groups.The results showed that there was no statistically significant in CT value,subjective quality score of common carotid artery,internal and external carotid artery and middle cerebral artery between the two groups(P>0.05);the volume of contrast agent and the subjective quality score of distal small artery branch were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).From the above results,it can be seen that the contrast agent dual-flow technology injection scheme has good application value in combined head and neck CTA examination of dual-source CT.
