摘要
发育性髋关节发育不良是小儿骨科最常见髋关节疾病,术后股骨头坏死(FHN)是其最严重并发症之一。近年来已基于3D-MRI/CT有限元模型自生物力学角度探讨FHN原因及异常应力、应变分布,将影像形态学与有限元生物力学相结合,可为临床诊治提供更多依据。
Developmental dysplasia of the hip is the most common hip disease in pediatric orthopedics.Femoral head necrosis(FHN)is the most serious complication.In recent years,based on 3D-MRI/CT finite element model,biomechanics has been used in diagnosis of FHN to explore the causes and the abnormal mechanical distribution changes of FHN from the perspective of biomechanics.The combination of image morphology and finite element biomechanics provides further information for clinical treatment.
