摘要 随着我国民航运输事业的发展,民航信息网络先后经历了X.25分组交换网、帧中继网以及民航数据通信网(ATM网)3个发展阶段。近年来,我国民航事业迅猛发展,民航系统各部门各类业务信息的传输、交换以及共享的需求量越来越大,可靠性要求越来越高,信息种类越来越多。当前,民航ATM数据通信网设备自身的处理能力、建设规模以及网络传输能力日益饱和,迫切需要建设一个安全、可靠、技术先进、适用性广泛以及覆盖全民航系统的全新的民航通信网,以取代ATM数据网。 With the development of China’s civil aviation transport,civil aviation information network has experienced three development stages:X.25 packet switching network,frame relay network,and civil aviation data communication network(ATM network).In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,each department of the civil aviation system has a growing demand for the transmission,exchange and sharing of all kinds of business information,with higher requirements for reliability and more and more types of information.At present,the processing capacity,construction scale and network transmission capacity of ATM data communication network equipment of civil aviation are increasingly saturated.Therefore,it is urgent to build a new civil aviation communication network which is safe,reliable,advanced in technology,widely applicable and covering the whole civil aviation system.This network is about to replace ATM data network.
