摘要
新型职业农民是乡村振兴战略实施和农业农村现代化建设的重要人力资源保障。目前新型职业农民培育的数量和质量还远远低于乡村振兴战略的预期目标,其原因主要有院校"涉农"定位摇摆、企业"助农"合力缺失和培育对象"为农"意愿消解。现代学徒制产教跨界、工学跨界和学徒"身份"跨界的校企合作培育逻辑符合新型职业农民培育各主体的现实诉求,有助于打破当前新型职业农民培育的困境。要发挥现代学徒制培育新型职业农民的应然功能,需要重构"多元共治"的政校企培育制度"、稳固双赢"的师徒命运共同体和"多向融通"的人才成长体系。
The new-type professional farmers provide an important human resource guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The number and quality of the cultivation of neo professional farmers are far below the expected goal of the rural revitalization strategy. The reasons are the swinging of the "farming-related" position of colleges and universities, the lack of "assistance to farming" in enterprises, and the individual’s willingness of "working for agriculture". The cross-border between industry and education, work and study and the "identity" of apprentice cross-border of modern apprenticeship, could be helpful to break the current predicament of cultivation of new-type of professional farmers. To take advantage of the modern apprenticeship’s proper function of cultivating neo professional farmers, it is necessary to reconstruct the "multiple co-governance" cultivation system involving government, school, and enterprise, the "stable win-win" community of destiny between apprentices and farmers, and the "multidirectional integration" talent growth system.
