摘要
目的:探讨普里西特干预对已婚女性外阴整形术后生活质量的影响。方法:选取60例外阴美容整形手术的已婚女性患者为研究对象,按照患者及其配偶是否自愿参与的原则分为干预组(32例)和对照组(28例)。对照组给予常规护理及宣教,干预组在其基础上给予普里西特干预。比较两组患者术前、术后3个月及术后6个月的性功能评分(Female sexual function index,FSFI)、焦虑评分(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和自尊评分(Self esteem scale,SES)。结果:干预前两组FSFI评分、SAS评分及SES评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月、术后6个月两组FSFI评分、SES评分均升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后3个月、术后6个月两组SAS评分均降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:普西斯特干预能提高已婚女性外阴整形术患者性生活质量、降低焦虑、提升女性的魅力和自信心,效果优于临床常规护理方法,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of the Permission,Limited information,Specific suggestion,Intensive therapy(PLISSIT)on the quality of life of married women with vulvar plastic surgery.Methods 60 married woman patients with vulvoplasty were divided into the intervention group(32 cases)and the control group(28 cases),according to the principle of whether patients and their spouses participated voluntarily.The control group were given routine nursing and education,and the intervention group were given PLISSIT in addition to routine nursing and education.The Female sexual function index(FSFI),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self esteem score(SES)were compared between the two groups at preoperative and 3 months and 6months after operation.Results There was no significant difference in FSFI score,SAS score and SES score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The FSFI and SES scores of the two groups increased at 3 months and 6 months after operation,and the intervention group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The SAS scores of the two groups were lower at 3 months and 6 months after operation,and the intervention group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the control group,the intervention group appeared the better clinical effects.The PLISSIT can improve the quality of sexual life,reduce anxiety,and increase the charm and self-confidence of married woman with vulvar plastic surgery.And has the clinical promotion value.
