摘要
福寿螺是广州管圆线虫的重要中间宿主,可引起广州管圆线虫病,同时作为外来入侵物种,严重危害当地生态系统稳定。探讨福寿螺潜在分布区域和环境影响因子对其防控具有重要意义。目前生态位预测模型和地理信息系统在生物学及公共卫生领域应用广泛,可以从不同尺度分析物种分布区域,为福寿螺潜在地理分布和传播扩散风险提供预警信息。本文通过综述国内外有关生态位预测模型和地理信息系统预测福寿螺潜在适生区和评估扩散风险的研究进展,掌握其分布规律和可能的环境影响因子,旨在为福寿螺和广州管圆线虫的防治提供参考依据。
Pomacea canaliculata is an important intermediate host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis,which can cause Angiostrongylus cantonensis disease,and it also has great impacts on ecosystem stability as a invasion alien species.So it is significance to ascertain the potential distribution range and environmental impact factors of Pomacea canaliculata for proactive measures.Recently,niche prediction model and geographic information system are widely used in biology and public health field,which can be used to analyze the species distribution area from different scales,and provide early warning information for the potential geographical distribution and spread risk of Pomacea canaliculata.This article reviews the research progress of niche prediction model and geographic information system in predicting the potential habitat of Pomacea canaliculata and assessing the risk of its spread,so as to understand its distribution and possible environmental impact factors,and provide reference for the control of Pomacea canaliculata and Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
