水热法制备KF-KYb3F10∶Tm纳米复合物白光上转换发光粉

White Upconversion Luminescence of KF-KYbF∶Tm Nano Complex Synthesized by a Hydrothermal Method

摘要 采用低温水热法合成了KF-KYb3F10∶Tm3+纳米复合物上转换发光粉。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征。研究了不同退火温度对样品上转换发光强度的影响。结果表明,所制备的KF-KYb3F10∶Tm3+纳米复合物为50 nm左右的类球形发光粉。在980 nm激光(LD)激发下,在445 nm,536 nm和625 nm处出现发射峰,讨论了其上转换发光机理。退火温度为800℃时,样品的上转换发光最强,此时样品的色度值为(0.3316,0.3314),色温接近日光色的白光发射。 KF-KYb3F10∶Tm nano complex was synthesized by low-temperature hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effect of the annealing temperatures on the upconversion luminescence intensity was investigated. The results indicated that the prepared KF-KYb3F10∶Tm nano complex was about 50 nm spherical luminous powder. Under the excitation of 980 nm laser(LD), the upconversion emission peaks located at 445 nm, 536 nm and 660 nm, respectively. The upconversion luminescence mechanism was discussed. When the annealing temperature was 800 ℃, the upconversion luminescence of sample was the strongest. The color value of the sample is(0.3316, 0.3314), and the color temperature is close to the white light emission of solar color.
