摘要
采用分散法制备水性PVDF-HFP浆料。以聚烯烃陶瓷涂覆隔膜为基材,通过辊涂法制备PVDF-HFP涂覆隔膜。PVDF-HFP涂覆隔膜比普通陶瓷隔膜展现了优良的耐热性、吸液率、保液率及离子电导率。将PVDF-HFP涂覆隔膜组装成软包电池来评价其循环性能。采用PVDF-HFP涂覆隔膜的电池500周循环的容量保持率为89.41%,明显优于陶瓷隔膜。
The aqueous PVDF-HFP slurry is prepared by the dispersion method.By using ceramic-coated separator as substrates,the PVDF-HFP coated separator is prepared by the roll coating.The PVDF-HFP coated separator exhibits superior thermal stability,electrolyte uptake,electrolyte retention and ionic conductivity.The PVDF-HFP coated separator is used to assemble pouch cells to evaluate the cycling performance.The capacity retention of the cell using the PVDF-HFP coated separator at 500 cycles is 89.41%,which are much better than the cell using the ceramic-coated separator.
