摘要 水击泄压系统作为输油管道最后一道物理保护屏障,对输油管道的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。采用SPS软件对泄压阀失效模拟结果表明:当水击泄压阀因故障发生失效,引发不正常泄压时,易导致泄压罐冒顶,严重威胁管道生产运行安全,因此必须对水击泄压系统进行功能完善。通过增设泄压罐上升速率报警及联锁保护程序、泄压阀失效联锁保护程序等,能够提高整个水击泄压系统的安全等级,有效提升系统的可靠性,保障管道的安全运行。 As the last physical protective barrier of the oil transportation pipeline,the water hammer relief system is of great significance to the safe operation of oil transportation pipeline.The simulation results of the pressure relief valve failure by SPS software show that when the water hammer pressure relief valve fails due to faults and causes abnormal pressure relief,it is easy to cause the pressure relief tank to collapse,which seriously threatens the safety of pipeline production and operation.Therefore,it is necessary to complete the function of water hammer pressure relief system.By the measure of adding rising rate alarm and interlock protection program of relief tank and pressure relief valve interlocking protection program,the safety level of the whole water hammer relief system can be improved,the reliability of the system can be effectively improved,and the safe operation of the pipeline can be guaranteed.
