正负电源用截流型本安电路设计

摘要 针对矿用本安型霍尔电流传感器需要正负电源供电的情况,提出了一种采用简单器件构成的低成本截流型本安电源过流保护电路设计方案,并详细分析了该电路的保护原理。此设计具有简单可靠、损耗小、易于电调,利于生产等优点。应用表明,该电路能在故障解除后自动恢复,且恢复时间可调,特别适合本安型霍尔电流传感器的应用场合。 In view of the fact that mine intrinsically safe Hall current sensor needs positive and negative power supply,this paper proposes a low-cost design scheme of over-current protection circuit for cut-off intrinsically safe power supply,and analyzes its protection principle in details.This design has the advantages of being simple and reliable,low loss,easy to adjust and easy to produce.The application shows that the circuit can recover automatically after the fault is removed,and the recovery time is adjustable,which is especially suitable for the application of intrinsically safe Hall current sensor.
