摘要
我国高职教育经过20多年的发展,由“规模化”发展逐步转向追求“高质量”发展。中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划、职业教育提质培优行动计划、高等职业院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进等重大专项都体现出国家、地方政府和学校自身对高职院校高质量发展的要求。卓越绩效模式与高职院校追求“高质量”发展要求十分契合,主要表现在“目的契合、理念契合、内容契合、方法契合”等四个方面。运用卓越绩效模式标准推动高职院校高质量发展已是大势所趋。
After more than 20 years of development,China's higher vocational education has gradually changed from"large-scale"development to"high-quality"development.The requirements of high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics and specialty construction plan,the requirements of action plan for improving quality and training of vocational education,and the requirements of diagnosis and improvement of internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges all reflect that the state,local governments and the school themselves have requirements for high-quality development of the school.The performance excellence model fits well with the development requirements of higher vocational colleges for the pursuit of"high quality",which is mainly manifested in the four aspects of"purpose fit,ideal fit,content fit,and method fit".It is the general trend to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges by using the performance excellence model standard.
