摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,生产活动中对自然资源的开发和利用越来越多,造成了严重的环境破坏和资源浪费问题。很多企业,尤其是重工业、采矿行业,在生产过程中排放了大量的污染物,导致的大气污染、水污染等影响了人民群众生活质量和经济健康发展。针对这些现象,国家开始构建排污许可证管理制度,敦促企业开展环境自行监测,同时实行了严格的环境监管政策。为了打赢污染防治攻坚战,必须发挥企业环境自行监测的作用,对企业环境自行监测的历史沿革进行简要介绍,并分析其重要性,以推动企业自行监测的顺利开展。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the process of urbanization is speeding up,and the development and utilization of natural resources in production activities are increasing,resulting in serious environmental damage and waste of resources.Many enterprises,especially heavy industry and mining industry,discharge a large number of pollutants in the production process,resulting in air pollution,water pollution and so on,which affect the quality of life of the people and the healthy development of the economy.In view of these phenomena,the state began to build a sewage permit management system,urged enterprises to carry out environmental self-monitoring,and implemented strict environmental regulatory policies.In order to win the battle of pollution prevention and control,we must give full play to the role of enterprise environmental self-monitoring.This paper will briefly introduce the historical evolution of enterprise environmental self-monitoring and analyze its importance.Hope to promote the smooth development of enterprise self-monitoring.
