随着经济全球化的发展,国家之间的交流也日益密切,这就导致了世界的能源格局发生了一些变化。国外能源的变化直接影响了我国对于能源的需求,石油企业急需对石油和化工招标投标领域企业管理进行探讨,这样才能在瞬息万变的市场竞争中可持续发展。根据石油化工招标投标领域企业管理,对我国石油和化工企业招标投标领域管理提出一些见解。
