基于多元设备关联的交叉口违法取证系统研究及应用

摘要 针对道路交叉口交通违法监测系统存在监测盲区及涉牌涉证违法取证难等问题,研究基于多种路口违法监测设备关联、多源监测信息融合的取证方法及其系统设计。在分析我国当前的交通安全现状和交通安全违法行为取证系统的建设应用现状的基础上,总结系统存在的不足。针对涉牌涉证、实线变道等交通违法行为的取证方法,将现有的反向卡口设备和闯红灯违法抓拍设备组合使用,搭建多元监测设备关联融合的新型取证系统,设计系统的逻辑结构和物理结构。最后以系统在唐山市的实际应用为案例进行实例验证,在良好的视线条件下,系统对前后车牌不一致、实线变道等交通安全违法行为识别率95%,识别准确率90%以上,可用于实际交通管理工作。 In view of the problems of the traffic violation monitoring system at road intersections,such as blind spots in monitoring and difficulties in obtaining evidence for licenses-related violations,this paper studies the forensic method and system design based on the correlation of multiple traffic violation monitoring equipment at intersections and multi-source monitoring information fusion.Based on the analysis of the current traffic safety status and the construction and application status of the traffic safety violation forensics system,it summarizes the deficiencies of the system.Aiming at the forensic methods for traffic violations such as license-related certification,solid-line change of lanes,etc.,a combination of the existing reverse bayonet equipment and red-light illegal capture equipment is used to build a new type of forensic system that integrates multiple monitoring equipment,and design the logical structure and physical structure of the system.Finally,the application of the system in Tangshan City was used as a case to verify.Under good sight conditions,the system has a recognition rate of 95%for traffic safety violations such as inconsistent front and rear license plates and solid line change lanes,and the recognition accuracy rate is more than 90%,which proved that it can be used for actual traffic management.
