摘要
技术的发展和社会的进步催生出新的零售业态,无人零售模式以"低成本"和"高便利性"的特征成为了数字化城市的一个标识,进一步提升了居民生活的便捷度。线上流量红利的饱和、传统零售成本的升高、消费结构的变迁及资本市场的青睐促进了无人零售模式的快速扩张。但是,无人零售给消费者带来的只是短暂的新鲜感,其技术的限制、隐性成本的增加、消费者信息的安全隐患以及购物便捷度不高等问题严重制约了其发展。因此,管理者应转变经营理念,注重技术和模式管理的有效融合、优化成本管控、整合后端供应链发挥协同效应并加强保密措施,为消费者带来切实的便利,才能促进无人零售企业的长久发展。
Technological development and social progress have given birth to new retail models.Characerized by low cost and high-level convenience,unmanned retail further facilitates the life of urban residents and has become a symbol of digital city.Thanks to the saturation of online flow dividend,the increase of offline retail cost,the change of consumption structure and the favor of capital market,the unmanned retail has expanded rapidly.But the novelty that unmanned retail gives consumers is short-lived.The limitations of technology,the increase of hidden costs and the hidden risks of consumer information leakage have seriously restricted its further development.Therefore,managers should change their business philosophy,paying more attention to the effective integration of technology and mode management,optimizing cost control,integrating back-end supply chain,giving play to synergies and strengthening confidentiality measures.Only by bringing real convenience to consumers can unmanned retail enterprises achieve long-term development.
