摘要
目的探讨院前急救在低血糖昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月入我院急救中心进行治疗的100例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者,根据是否采用院前急救护理措施分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组患者仅采取常规护理,观察组患者采用院前急救护理措施,比较两组患者的院前清醒率、护理效果、对护理工作的满意度、复发率及住院时间。结果观察组患者的清醒率、护理效果及对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组患者,低血糖昏迷复发率显著低于对照组患者,住院时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于低血糖昏迷患者来说,实施院前急救护理措施,可有效提升总体护理效果,同时提高患者的清醒率及对护理工作的满意度,降低患者出院后的病情复发率。
Objective To investigate application eff ect of pre-hospital emergency treatment in patients with hypoglycemia and coma.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,100 cases of diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients were selected for treatment at our hospital emergency center.According to whether or not pre-hospital emergency care measures were adopted,they were divided into control group and observation group.Each group of patients had 50 cases.The patients in the control group did not take pre-hospital emergency care.The patients in the observation group were treated with pre-hospital nursing measures,to compare the pre-hospital sobriety rate,nursing eff ect,satisfaction with nursing work,relapse rate and days in hospital.Results The awake rate,nursing eff ect and satisfaction with nursing work were signifi cantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the relapse rate of hypoglycemic coma was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,and the number of hospital days was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypoglycemic coma,the implementation of comprehensive pre-hospital care intervention can eff ectively improve the overall nursing eff ect,while also improving the patient's awake rate and satisfaction with nursing work,and improving the prognosis eff ect of patients.It also reduced the recurrence rate after the patient was discharged from the hospital.
