摘要
目的分析总结产科DIC患者的临床诊治方法及其效果,以期为提高产科DIC患者的临床处理水平提供参考。方法选取近年来(2016年1月至2019年10月)我院收治的产科DIC患者52例,在收治期间给予患者去除病因、改善微循环、抗凝治疗、补充血制品、抗纤溶以及产科其他处理进行积极治疗。结果以上患者全部为单胎宫内妊娠,经我院治疗,痊愈51例,治愈率98.08%,死亡1例,病死率1.92%。其中46例新生儿存活,新生儿存活率为88.46%。51例治愈患者治疗后的凝血指标(主要为血小板计数、血纤维蛋白原定量、凝血酶原时间),比治疗前有显著改善,比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对于产科DIC要有充分的估计,抓住治疗的最佳时机,在综合考虑其病情和相关检查的基础上,合理选择有效的治疗手段来制订具有针对性的综合治疗方案进行救治,方可获得较高的治愈率。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and effects of obstetric DIC patients,so as to provide reference for improving the clinical treatment level of obstetric DIC patients.Methods Fifty-two cases of obstetric DIC in our hospital in recent years(from January 2016 to October 2019)were selected.During the treatment,patients were given active treatment such as removing the cause of disease,improving microcirculation,anticoagulant therapy,supplementing blood products,anti-fibrinolysis treatment and other obstetric treatment.Results All the above patients were single intrauterine pregnancy.After treatment in our hospital,51 cases were cured,the cure rate was 98.08%,1 case died,and the mortality rate was 1.92%.Among them,46 newborns survived,and the neonatal survival rate was 88.46%.The coagulation indexes(mainly platelet count,fi brinogen quantity and prothrombin time)of 51 cured patients after treatment were signifi cantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For obstetric DIC,we should have a full estimation,seize the best opportunity of treatment,and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the disease condition and relevant examination,reasonably select eff ective treatment methods to formulate targeted comprehensive treatment plan for treatment,so as to obtain higher cure rate.
