This paper summarizes the development process of Jiangsu Pengfei group(hereinafter referred to as Pengfei group),the successful practice of seizing the opportunity to realize transformation and upgrading,and the fruitful achievements achieved.It also puts forward the development goals of the"14 th five year plan"and the main measures to achieve high-quality development.
