摘要
利用眼动跟踪系统和主观问卷调查相结合的方式,帮助家纺电商企业找到产品线上最佳展示方式,使其在提高消费者关注度的同时,还能使消费者获得良好的视觉感知。以纯棉家纺四件套为研究对象,通过眼动实验测试对其眼动指标和热点分布进行分析,得出关注度最高的展示方式;同时结合问卷调查,对不同展示方式所引发的视觉感知进行评价。研究表明:在产品立体展示中,立体正面展示关注度最高,主观视觉感知评价中,立体正面感知高于立体侧面;在4种面料平面展示中,旋转式和起拱式关注度较高,视觉感知评价也高于平铺式和波浪式展示;与局部相比,整体展示获得的关注度和视觉感知更好。
This study intends to help e-commerce enterprises working out the best way to display products online by combining eye tracking system and subjective questionnaire survey,so that they can get more attention from consumers while offering consumers good visual perception.To this end,100%cotton four-piece bedclothes were taken as the research object,and the eye movement index and hot spot distribution were analyzed by eye movement experiment,to work out the display mode via which highest attention-degree is obtained.At the same time,questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the visual perception triggered by different display modes.The research shows that in three-dimensional display of products,the front face of products obtains most attention,and the visual perception on the front face is better than that on the side face.In plane display of the four types of fabric,the rotary and arch types obtain high attention and better visual perception evaluation than flush and wave types.Global display obtains better attention and visual perception than local display.
