摘要
在现场条件下,研究采用局部电性能测试方法对机载雷达罩进行损伤检测和判别的可行性,为机载雷达罩的维护保障提供新的方法和手段。依据微波无损检测技术,采用双天线透射法,在维护现场对某型机载雷达罩局部进行透波率和插入相移测试实验。完好状态下测试的电性能,指标符合实装雷达罩的结构和性能特点;采用对比实验方法,研究了蒙皮脱落、划伤、穿孔、撞击凹陷、分层进水等不同类型损伤样本对雷达罩电性能的影响,电性能的变化能够判别雷达罩内部的分层进水损伤。
Under site condition,research on feasibility of damage detection and discrimination for airborne radome by the local electrical performance test method.It provides a new method and means for enriching and improving the maintenance support of airborne radome.Based on microwave nondestructive testing technology,used by double antenna transmission method,the transmittance and insertion phase shift of a certain type of airborne radome was tested at the maintenance site.Under intact condition,electrical performance index conforms to the structure and performance characteristics of the actual radome.By the contrast experiment method,the influence of different types of damage samples(such as skin peeling off,scratch,perforation,impact depression,stratified water inflow)on the electrical performance of radome is studied.The change of electrical performance can judge the damage caused by water in radome.
