摘要
全过程工程咨询能够有效解决现行工程咨询和管理模式下流程碎片化、形式化等问题,具备广阔的应用场景。我国全过程工程咨询正处于初步发展阶段。论文针对高新技术类政府固定资产投资项目特点,对在此类项目中推进全过程工程咨询工作的难点进行分析,提出相应建议。
The whole process engineering consultation can effectively solve the problems of process fragmentation and formalization under the current engineering consulting and management mode,and has broad application scenarios.The whole process engineering consultation in China is in the initial stage of development.According to the characteristics of high-tech government fixed assets investment projects,this paper analyzes the difficulties in promoting the whole process of engineering consultation in such projects,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
