摘要
结合国际通用RAMS标准、国际惯例以及海外项目的 RAMS要求,论述分析了海外项目的可靠性(R)、可用性(A)、可维护性(M)及安全性(S)相关的要求特点和内容,并从项目组织、RAMS实施等方面论述了海外铁路项目RAMS要求的应对策略。
Combined with the international general RAMS standards,international practices and the RAMS requirements of overseas projects,characteristics and contents of the requirements related to reliability(R),availability(A),maintainability(M)and safety(S)of overseas projects are discussed.And the response strategies for RAMS requirements of overseas railway projects are proposed from the aspects of project organization and Implementation of RAMS.
