摘要
根据汽车尾箱盖护板整体尺寸大、内部倒扣多、分型面复杂的结构特点和技术要求,设计了一套热流道成型的复杂精密注塑模具。通过前模隧道抽芯机构、斜顶脱模机构和导向定位机构,成功解决了内部不规则、倒扣多的脱模困难问题;采用顺序阀热流道协同进料,成功调节熔接痕的位置及减少熔接痕,保证成型塑件质量;通过改善温度控制系统,注塑周期缩短了13%;模具各机构先进合理,成型塑件尺寸精度达到了MT3的设计要求,汽车尾箱盖护板通过了相关测试。
According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of large overall size,multiple internal back buckles and complex parting surface of the boot guard,a set of complex precision injection mold for hot runner molding is designed.Through the front mold tunnel core pulling mechanism,inclined top demoulding mechanism and guiding positioning mechanism,the difficulty of demoulding with many internal irregular reverses has been successfully solved.By using the sequence valve hot runner to cooperate with the feeding,the position of the weld mark has been successfully adjusted and the weld mark has been reduced to ensure the quality of the molding part.By improving the temperature control system,the injection cycle has been shortened by 13%;and each mechanism of the mold is advanced and reasonable The dimensional accuracy of the molded parts has met the design requirements of MT3,and the automobile boot cover plate has passed various experimental tests.
