摘要
在ST工艺生产装置上,用氢调法以成核剂HPN-20E作为增刚剂,生产出了聚丙烯薄壁注塑专用料。结果表明,采用氢调法并且配合成核剂HPN-20E作为增刚剂,所得到的产品冲击强度好、弯曲模量高、低翘曲,满足一次性餐盒的性能指标。
In the ST process production device,the hydrogen modulation method is used,and the nucleating agent HPN-20E is used as the rigidizer to produce polypropylene thin-wall injection molding materials.The results show that by using hydrogen modulation method and nucleating agent HPN-20E as a stiffening agent,the product can be obtained.And it shows good impact strength,high flexural modulus,low warpagea,and meets the performance requirements of disposable lunch box.
