摘要
国防教育是建设和巩固国防的基础,建设世界一流军队离不开对全民的国防教育,向军队输送合格人才离不开高等学校的国防教育。文章首先阐述了我国的国家安全面临的新任务和新挑战,然后从政策层面和执行层面分析了高等学校国防教育存在的问题,最后对如何提高高等学校国防教育质量从三个方面进行了探讨。
National defense education is the foundation for building and consolidating national defense.Building a world-class army cannot do without national defense education for the whole people,and the delivery of qualified personnel to the army cannot do without the national defense education of colleges and universities.The article first expounds the new tasks and challenges facing our country’s national security,then analyzes the problems of national defense education in colleges and universities from the policy and implementation levels,and finally discusses how to improve the quality of national defense education in colleges and universities from three aspects.
