混凝土梁暖棚法冬期施工技术应用 被引量:3

摘要 为确保混凝土梁冬期施工的质量,提高混凝土强度的增长速度,满足施工进度的要求,以青岛某超高层建筑混凝土梁的冬期施工为依托,采用暖棚保温以及局部蓄热保温的方法,分析其实际保温效果。结果表明采用暖棚法保温后,边梁和框架梁温度曲线较为均匀平缓,各测点温度峰值与温差适中,均在允许范围内,混凝土梁的冬期施工质量得到保障;此外,暖棚保温加快了混凝土梁的强度增长速度,施工进度按计划进行,实测结果验证了暖棚法保温的有效性,为日后类似工程施工提供技术参考。 In order to ensure the quality of concrete beam construction in winter,the growth rate of concrete strength need to be improved to meet the requirements of construction progress.Based on the winter construction of concrete beam of a super high-rise building in Qingdao,this paper analyzes the actual heat preservation effect by adopting the methods of warm shed insulation and local heat storage.The results show that the temperature change of the side beams and the frame beams is relatively small when the warm shed method is adopted for insulation,resulting in the guaranteed construction quality of the beam in winter.In addition,the warm shed insulation has accelerated the growth rate of the strength of the concrete beam,therefore,the construction period is proceeding as planned.Finally,the actual measurement results have verified the effectiveness of the warm shed method for insulation,providing technical reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
