摘要
配合风光电源建设的抽水蓄能电站,在电力系统中所提供的容量效益和其他常规电站完全相同,其经济评价主要通过和其他常规电站的比较来实现。文章提出一种基于“风光+抽蓄”联合经营模式的抽蓄回收机制量化分析方法,采用该方法可研究抽蓄与风光联合运行的优化容量配比。
The pumped-storage power station built with wind and solar power supplies has the same capacity benefits in the power system as other conventional power stations,and its economic evaluation is mainly achieved through comparison with other conventional power stations.A quantitative analysis method of pumped-storage recovery mechanism based on the"wind solar+pumped storage"joint operation model was proposed.This method could be used to study the optimal capacity ratio of pumped-storage and wind-solar combined operation.
