民族地区县域中等职业学校办学活力激发策略研究——以广西为例

Policy Support to Stimulate the Vitality of Running Secondary Vocational Schools in Countiesin Minority Areas——Take Guangxi as an Example

摘要 办学活力不足是民族地区县域中等职业学校面临的共性问题,也是制约其提升办学质量的主要障碍。目前,办学主体地位缺失、省市统筹机制的缺位、产教融合的程度不深、教学改革滞后是阻碍民族地区县域中等职业学校办学活力提升的重要原因。因此,民族地区县域中等职业学校提升办学活力需要从扩大学校的办学自主权、建立省市县的职业教育统筹机制、加强产教融合平台建设和推进职业教育教学改革等方面着手。 The lack of vitality in running a school is a common problem faced by secondary vocational schools in counties in minority areas,and it is also an important obstacle to restrict the improvement of the quality of running schools.At present,the lack of the status of the main body of running schools,the absence of the provincial-city coordination mechanism,the inadequate integration of production and education,and the lagging teaching reform are important reasons that hinder the improvement of the vitality of secondary vocational schools in the minority areas.Therefore,the vitality of secondary vocational schools in minority areas needs to expand the school’s autonomy in running schools,establish a provincial-city-county vocational education coordination mechanism,strengthen the construction of industry-education integration platforms,and promote vocational education and teaching reforms.
