摘要
目的探讨围手术期的护理干预对瘢痕松解术式修复面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者的影响。方法选取2018年10月~2020年3月我院收治的瘢痕松解术式修复面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者45例作为研究对象,根据入院时间顺序不同分为观察组(n=23)和对照组(n=22),围术期行常规护理干预,在此基础上观察组加强围术期护理干预,比较2组干预前后心理弹性(CD-RISC)评分、瘢痕症状(VSS)评分、并发症、护理满意度。结果干预后2组CD-RISC评分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组VSS评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.35%低于对照组31.82%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度95.65%高于对照组68.18%(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预能提升瘢痕松解术式修复面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者心理弹性水平,促进瘢痕修复,降低并发症发生风险,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention during perioperative period on the treatment of burn scars of face and neck by scar relief.Methods From October 2018 to March 2020,45 patients with scar resection in our hospital to repair facial and neck burn scars by scar relief were selected as the research object.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into observation group(n=23)and control group(n=22).During the perioperative period,routine nursing intervention was performed.The psychological resilience(CD-RISC)scores,scar symptoms(VSS)scores,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the CD-RISC score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the VSS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than that in the control group,31.82%(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%higher than that of the control group 68.18%(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention during perioperative period can improve the level of psychological elasticity of the patients with facial scar burns repaired by scar relief surgery and promote scar repair,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
