摘要
目的研究渗透树脂在牙釉质脱矿白垩斑修复中的效果。方法选择我院于2019年1月—2020年2月间收治的74例牙釉质脱矿白垩斑疾病患者,采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为试验组与对照组后,试验组患者接受渗透树脂治疗,对照组患者接受常规治疗,评价两种治疗方法的治疗效果差异。结果治疗总有效率显示,试验组患者为94.59%(35/37),显著高于对照组的72.97%(27/37),组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);比较患者对修复效果的满意度情况,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。离体牙实验结果显示,渗透树脂牙齿的色差值显著优于微研磨牙齿,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。L值测量结果显示,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在牙釉质脱矿白垩斑修复期间,渗透树脂的治疗效果整体高于微研磨技术,应该成为临床治疗的首选方法。
Objective To study the effect of osmotic resin in the repair of enamel demineralized chalky spots.Methods our hospital in January 2019-February 2020 between the treated 74 cases of enamel demineralization of cretaceous spot disease patients,and the random number table method is adopted after patients divided into trial group and control group,experimental group patients received penetrating resin treatment,control group patients treated with micro grinding technology,evaluate the therapeutic effect of two methods of treatment differences.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 94.59%(35/37)in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 72.97%(27/37)in the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Compared patients'satisfaction with the repair effect,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In vitro tooth experiment results showed that the color difference of osmotic resin teeth was significantly better than that of micro-abrasive teeth,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The L value measurement results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the repair of enamel demineralized chalky plaque,the therapeutic effect of osmotic resin is generally higher than that of micro-grinding technique,so it should be the first choice in clinical treatment.
