摘要
现阶段,在中国男性尤其是中老年人群中,前列腺癌是发病率最高的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,同时也是临床上较为棘手难治的疾病。较长时间的去势治疗易造成激素非依赖性前列腺癌,同时易出现各类临床不良反应且易复发,已成为临床治疗该病的难点,应用中西医结合疗法具有一定的优势。陈其华教授认为,该病病机乃脾肾虚衰、瘀毒久积;治疗上应重视"通"法应用、"六诊"合参,整体辨证、扶正祛邪与个性化辨治、强调身心同治。
At this stage,among Chinese men,especially middle-aged and elderly people,prostate cancer is the most common urinary system malignant tumor,and it is also a clinically difficult and difficult disease.Long-term castration therapy is likely to cause hormone-independent prostate cancer,and at the same time,it is prone to various clinical adverse reactions and easy to relapse.This has become a difficult point in clinical treatment of the disease.The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has certain advantages.Professor CHEN Qihua believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is spleen and kidney deficiency and long-term accumulation of blood stasis and toxin;treatment should focus on the application of“tong”method,“six diagnostics”combined with reference,overall syndrome differentiation,strengthening the body and eliminating evil,and individualized differentiation and treatment,emphasizing the simultaneous treatment of body and mind.
