摘要
卵母细胞的成熟和发育是一个极为复杂的生物学过程,涉及到核质和细胞结构的诸多变化。线粒体作为卵母细胞中含量最丰富的细胞器,在这一过程中发挥了极其重要的作用,其产生的ATP是卵母细胞、受精卵及胚胎发育最直接的能量来源,同时伴随其数量、结构和空间分布的变化满足了卵母细胞成熟和发育过程中不同时期的能量需求。因此,线粒体对卵母细胞成熟和发育质量影响巨大。综述了线粒体结构及功能变化对卵母细胞成熟和发育质量的影响,以及利用线粒体营养剂改善卵母细胞成熟发育质量的研究进展。
Oocyte maturation and development is a very complex biological process,involving many changes in nucleoplasm and cellular structure.Mitochondria,the most abundant organelles in oocytes,plays an extremely important role in this process.ATP produced by mitochondria is the direct energy source of oocyte,zygote and embryo development.Meanwhile,with the changes of its quantity,structure and spatial distribution,it meets the energy requirements of oocyte at different stages of maturation and development.Therefore,mitochondria have a significent effect on oocyte maturation and embryo development potential.This paper reviewed the effects of mitochondrial structure and function on oocyte maturation and development quality,and discussed the significance of mitochondrial nutrition and its improvement on oocyte maturation and development quality.
