摘要
为满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)的要求,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司利用LS-DeGAS工艺、双循环喷淋吸收脱硫工艺对72 kt/a硫磺回收装置分阶段进行了改造,有效降低了烟气中SO2的排放质量浓度,达到排放标准,减少大气污染,兼顾生产与保护环境的目的。
In order to meet the requirements of the Petroleum Refining Industry Pollutant Emission Standard GB 31570—2015,SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.uses LS-DeGAS process and dual-cycle spray absorption desulfurization process(Hereinafter referred to as the post-alkali washing process)The 72 kt/a sulfur recovery unit was modified in stages,which effectively reduced the SO2 emission concentration in the flue gas,reached the emission standard,reduced air pollution,and took into account the purpose of production and environmental protection.
