摘要
基于百度指数的电脑(PC)端、移动端和整体关注数据,对2011—2019年美国各州、各城市的中英文网络关注度进行研究,进而探讨其影响因素.研究表明:①从州级中文关注度方面看,无论是PC、移动还是整体,除夏威夷处于最高级关注外,高、中值关注区域主要分布在太平洋沿岸、东北部大西洋沿岸,低值区主要分布在经济发展水平较低的州并有连片分布现象;从州级英文关注度方面看,高、中值关注区域主要分布在经济发达的沿海地带与“明星”州,但个别州有所变动,且低值区的分布较为分散.值得说明的是,英文关注度最高的地区是加利福尼亚州并且PC端、移动端和整体端的中英文关注度的层级结构在年际间存在一定的波动变化.②从城市中文关注度方面看,除与州级层面分布类似外,还呈现出“小集中、大分散”的特点,即高关注度地区常伴随着分散的较低、低关注城市;从城市英文关注度看,除个别城市的层级分布有所变动外,基本与中文关注的分布特征保持一致.③从与地区生产总值的关系看,州级英文关注度与经济发展水平密切相关,中文关注度与之相关性不大.从具体关注内容看,无论是州级还是城市层面主要以教育、旅游、知名名牌和热门事件内容为主,这些因素在一定的程度上可以为中国公众的出国教育、度假休闲、消费引导、新闻关注等提供指南.
Based on the PC,mobile terminal and overall attention data of Baidu Index,this paper studies the Chinese and English Network attention of States and cities in the United States from 2011 to 2019,and then discusses the influencing factors.The results show as follows.①In terms of state level Chinese attention,in addition to Hawaii being at the highest level,the high and middle value areas are mainly distributed along the Pacific coast and the Northeast Atlantic coast,while the low value areas are mainly distributed in the states with low level of economic development and have continuous distribution;in terms of state level English attention,the high and middle value areas are mainly distributed They are mainly distributed in developed coastal areas and“Star”states,but some of them have changed,and the distribution of low value areas is relatively scattered.It is worth noting that California is the region with the highest attention to English.In addition,the hierarchical structure of Chinese and English attention of PC,mobile terminal and the whole terminal fluctuates between years.②From the aspect of city level Chinese attention,in addition to being similar to the distribution at the state level,it also shows the characteristics of“small concentration and large dispersion”,that is,high attention areas are often accompanied by low and low attention cities.From the aspect of city level English attention,in addition to the changes in the level distribution of individual cities,it is basically consistent with the distribution characteristics of Chinese attention.③From the perspective of the relationship with GDP,the state level English attention is closely related to the level of economic development,while the Chinese attention is not closely related to it.From the perspective of specific contents,education,tourism,famous brands and hot events are the main contents at the state level and city level.To a certain extent,these factors can provide guidance for Chinese public’s overseas education,vacation an
