摘要
本文以天水市某集中供热项目为实例,拟借助EIAProA 2018模型预测建设项目完成后对评价区域内环境空气的影响程度与范围,根据预测结果论证建设项目选址是否合理,进而提出减轻大气环境影响的预防和控制措施,为建设项目的环境管理决策提供科学依据。研究表明,该模型通过模拟污染物在各种气象条件、地形条件下在大气中的输送、扩散、转化和清除等过程的物理、化学机制,预测污染物随时间和空间变化情况,在大气环境影响预测与评价中具有较好的实用性。
Take a central heating project in Tianshui as an example,EIAProA 2018 model was used to predict the impact degree and range of the construction project on ambient air in the evaluation area after completion.According to the predicted results,the construction project site selection was proved to be reasonable.Furthermore,the prevention and control measures to reduce the impact of atmospheric environment were put forward.It provided scientific basis for the decision-making of construction project.Applied research showed that the model simulated the physical and chemical mechanisms of pollutant transport,diffusion,transformation and removal in the atmosphere under various meteorological and topographic conditions,can predict the variation of pollutants in time and space.It had good practicability in the prediction and evaluation of atmospheric environmental impact.
