摘要
随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,大数据时代已经到来,并渗透到各个领域中,针对具体专业领域的大数据应用研究也越来越多。然而对于工程造价领域来说,在这个方面却一直是个空白。文章从建筑企业在工程单价选取和估算的角度出发,梳理总结了面向工程造价数据特点的数据挖掘过程,并提出了基于聚类算法对工程造价数据进行分析处理的方法,为海量工程造价数据挖掘研究提供了有意义的探索。
With the rapid development of network and information technology,the era of big data has arrived,and has penetrated into various fields.The application of big data for specific professional fields is also increasing.However,in the field of engineering cost,this aspect has been a blank.From the point of construction enterprise in selecting and estimating unit price,this paper summarizes the data mining process oriented to the characteristics of engineering cost data,and puts forward a method of analyzing and processing engineering cost data based on clustering algorithm,which provides a meaningful exploration for the research of massive engineering cost data mining.
